Oak is a hardwood prized for its strong heat output and long burn time. It burns slowly and evenly, making it ideal for fireplaces, stoves and fire pits. Thanks to the kiln-drying process (moisture content <20%), oak lights quickly, burns cleanly and produces minimal smoke and sparks.
Its dense structure makes it perfect for extended fires during cold winter evenings. Oak also gives off a pleasant, full aroma when burning.
